A thorough initial inspection of the asset, ensuring proper levels of items such as kitchen wares, small appliances, eye appeal related to decorating, furniture, and that all items such as televisions are fully operational.

Assistance, through reviewing comps for like assets in setting rental prices

Quality property services, including housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping (if applicable), carpet and upholstery extraction, inspections, and any other related services

We guarantee not to “gouge” the asset owners as do many property management companies, charging ridiculous fees for items such as light bulb replacement, shower liners, new small appliances, maintenance repairs, linens and cleaning

As with all of our property services, the asset owner, whether they own one or ten units, can rest assured that IMS will only staff the needed property services with teams who are actual employees of IMS. We do not utilize outside contractors for any of the property services we provide
Never Any Hidden Fees or Excessive Charges
IMS believes of placing and maintaining everything in writing, and this is a mandatory aspect of our business operation. In addition, recurring fees such as maintenance work orders come with flat, standardized fees charged to the asset owners. You will never be charged ridiculous fees to perform simple items such as HVAC filter replacement, replacement of batteries in smoke detectors in television remotes, and other repairs. The amount required to be maintained in the owner's account is only moderate, and if any work exceeds this threshold, IMS will immediately contact you to discuss the need, solicit your feedback, and obtain your approval.
